This long-scrolling interactive lyric website is an ode to the iconic 1967 song “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds” by the Beatles. By using css animations such as hover effects, transformations and translations paired with typography, I created a website that translates the words of the song through imagery. I decided to lean towards psychedelic neon graphics with thick black outlines to mimic 1960’s style psychedelic art as well as the Yellow Submarine cover art.
